At Silvers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original Silvers box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; we recommend keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
